LCV on the move

LCV, the Belgian specialist in Laser Cladding, opens on 15 September its new production location in Opglabbeek, Belgium.

This step is necessary, says CEO Jan Lambrecht, as Laser Cladding technology is gaining momentum.

For example, dredging company DEME demonstrated significant wear resistance with our LCV-CoatĀ® treatment.

In the new factory, LCV will focus on surface treatments, 3D Printing and repair services.

With dimensions up to 8 meters and a wide range of materials such as stainless steel, Inconel, titanium, carbides such as WC or SiC and HSS steel, LCV offers a suitable solution for a broad range of applications.

This is the real value of LCV's technology, says Commercial Director Tom De Bruyne: full-metallic coatings, XXL 3D Printing and last but not least, we give with our LCV-RepairĀ® service a second breath to workpieces that would otherwise be salvaged.
