High Speed Laser Cladding

High Speed Laser cladding is a cost-efficient alternative to more conventional techniques such as chromium, flame spraying and hard facing.

The principle is an accelerated application of the coating on the substrate.

This is done by clamping the substrate on a lathe.

In order to obtain good adhesion, LCV also optimizes the melting process with modified optics.

Typical applications include axles, shafts, bearings, tubes, crankshafts, rollers and wheels.
